Overweight and obesity are defined as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that presents a risk to health. One of the most common parameter to assess healthy/unhealthy weight is BMI. So, a healthy BMI is 18-25. Above 25 is overweight and below 18 is underweight; both are unhealthy.
